Location: The location of the Luxury 2-bedroom apartment is excellently situated, a stone's throw away from the Guildhall and Portsmouth & Southsea Train Station. With a 12-minute walk from Gunwharf Quays and 20 20-minute stroll to central Southsea, this tucked-away apartment provides a great cosy haven for your stay. With quick access to the M27 and M275.
There is plenty of parking available; the closest car park is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Centrally situated in Portsmouth, a 2-minute walk from the Guildhall & 12 minutes walk from Gunwharf Quays, Spinnaker Tower and the Historic Dockyard. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes via bus.

Our prime location puts you right at the heart of it all. Just a minute’s walk from both Portsmouth & Southsea train stations and the vibrant Portsmouth City Centre, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the best the area has to offer.
A short 12-15 minute stroll will bring you to the stunning Southsea Common and seafront, where you can enjoy the beautiful coastline. Nearby, you’ll find a selection of fantastic bars and eateries to suit any taste.
For a little more excitement, Gunwharf Quays is just an 18-minute walk away, offering a great mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment. If you're in the mood for more nightlife or a wider variety of restaurants and bars, Southsea is your go-to spot. We’ll be happy to share our personal recommendations for the best places to visit during your stay.
There are plenty of options: walk, drive, cycle, or grab one of the many hireable electric scooters.
The city centre is just a few minutes walk from our apartment.
Portsmouth Uni is similar walking time. Gunwharf Retail outlet is roughly 18 minute walk (there are places to eat and drink there too)
There is a Costa Coffee downstairs next to our apartment.
I like to walk to Southsea Common, which takes 12-15 minutes, depending on how quickly you walk. This brings you to a lovely place to eat (it's one of our recommendations, we share after check-in) , We often enjoy Southsea and Old Portsmouth.
Southsea has plenty of great places to eat and drink. There are also arcades to enjoy, such as those at Clarence Pier, located up near Canoe Lake, and others closer to Parade Tea Rooms.
